Artwork done for Fujiwara Manchester "Forbidden World" feature film poster.
The layout is heavily inspired by Drew Struzan and some recent Dave Rapoza work. We wanted an oldschool vibe, akin to Star Wars and Indiana Jones.
I started with a color sketch with the poses I needed the 3D artists to make me, and then illustrated all over everything to achieve the same results I expected from the color sketch.
